Family Fun

Family Fun was all smiles and bubbles up on our rooftop for the start of summer. Our Junior Friends members got to hang out outside this past weekend and juggle and hula hoop with Dragon Guy and Dragon Gal. We enjoyed singing about a picnic, reading a story about our neighborhood, and decorating photo frames with silly polaroid pictures that we took! Dvir loved dancing to Bluey through the speakers, and Danny loved learning a new juggling trick where he throws the ball under his leg. We ended the beautiful morning with members taking home some books from our Junior Friends book swap/exchange, and also with some Italian Ice to help cool off from the hot day!

On Tuesday, we enjoyed friendship all day at EKC! We met some old friends who are campers there and having a wonderful time. We also talked to some new friends about The Friendship Circle and why friendship is so important. Thank you again to EKC for hosting us and we can’t wait to see you for the next session!

TwitterFacebookLinkedinPrintemailA WEEKLY TORAH THOUGHT FROM RABBI MORDY Well, we have something this year that we haven’t experienced in some time. This year, Yom Kippur falls out on Shabbat. In fact, strangely, while it is by no means a typical Shabbat; no meal, not much rest, and missing almost all of the usual items that come along with Shabbat, it is… Read More
