Friendship Circle Featured on KDKA's Sunday Spotlight

October 25, 2026

We're excited to share that Friendship Circle of Pittsburgh was recently featured on KDKA-TV's Sunday Spotlight, highlighting 20 years of building friendships, creating opportunities, and making Pittsburgh a more inclusive community.

The story, reported by Megan Shinn, takes viewers inside Bunny Bakes & Specialty Coffee and shares how Friendship Circle has grown from a place for connection into a community that offers inclusive programs, meaningful relationships, and workforce training opportunities for adults with disabilities.

The feature also highlights longtime member Amanda Diaz, whose journey with Friendship Circle began 20 years ago, along with reflections from co-founders Rabbi Mordy and Rivkee Rudolph on the organization's growth and impact.

As we celebrate our 20th anniversary and prepare for the November 1 Walk for Friendship, we're grateful to see our community's story shared with Pittsburgh.
