Our Spaces
Designed with Care
At Friendship Circle of Pittsburgh, our spaces are thoughtfully designed with safety, inclusion, and community at their core. We intentionally chose to build our home in the heart of Squirrel Hill so that individuals with disabilities are visible and fully part of community life. We welcome people of all abilities and create environments where connection, belonging, and meaningful participation can flourish.

A Place to Build Community
The Friendship Circle building is a vibrant community hub where inclusive friendships come to life. From the Great Room that transforms from movie theater to celebration space, to the rooftop deck overlooking Squirrel Hill, every corner is designed for connection and belonging.

A Safe Space for Teens
The Beacon was designed by teens, for teens - with every detail intentionally curated to support emotional wellness and self-awareness. From check-in walls and sensory grounding tools to Daniel's Den - "a hug in a room," teens find spaces to regulate, reflect, and connect.

Universal Design Meets Local Coffee Shop
Bunny Bakes is a neighborhood cafe where exceptional coffee and pastries meet thoughtful universal design and an inclusive workforce. Every detail, from adjustable lighting to furniture designed for comfort and movement, proves that accessibility and quality go hand in hand.
