Danny Trompeter

He’s a Pittsburgh native who grew up in Squirrel Hill and Point Breeze, and has a Master’s of Science in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. Previously, he worked in outpatient applied behavior analysis for four years, creating and administering treatment plans. Before that, he was a lead educator for two and three-year-olds at the JCC. Danny has also been involved with the Emma Kaufman Camp – first as a camper, then a counselor, then a supervisor. He lives in Point Breeze and likes walking and exploring the city. He just got married in May. Danny was attracted to The Friendship Circle’s mission, in particular: “I like that it’s about building a community made of people with many abilities, providing a support system, and allowing everybody to have a place to connect.”
