Teen Trip

Teen Scene members joined us at Zone 28 this past Sunday for our first Teen Trip of the year! The Beacon guided us through a stress relief workshop where teens learned about low and high stress relievers. After that, the fun really kicked off with bowling and arcade games. Bowling with friends is always such a blast! Whether friends cheered for each other when throwing a strike, or laughed together about a gutter ball, we had a great time together! We can’t for our next Teen Trip in March, so stay tuned to find out where we go next!

We look forward to our next FC Moms’ gathering that’s around the corner! Mark your calendar for February 13th for our next Moms’ Night: Cooking Edition! We hope to see you there!

We read a special reading from the Torah associated with Sukkot; on Wednesday, Simchat Torah, we will actually read the final portion (V’zot habracha). So I’m going to share a brief thought on Sukkot in that spirit. Sukkot is seriously… Read More

Listen Hear!

TwitterFacebookLinkedinPrintemailA WEEKLY TORAH THOUGHT BY RABBI MORDY This week is the last Parsha classically read in the Torah. It’s actually the second to last Parsha in the Torah but we read Sukkot-themed readings throughout the holiday until Simchat Torah, which falls a week from Wednesday, on which we read the final Parsha and conclude the Torah. I’ll save my thoughts on… Read More
