Iron Man: so I should start off with saying this is the movie that started the MCU….so anyways back to the plot…..the plot is that Tony Starks company makes weapons….and he works along side his friend Obadiah Stain..(played by Jeff Bridges)..oh and Tony Stark (played by Robert Downy JR) has a person who helps him out named Pepper Pots….and also Tony has a driver named Hogan…..played by John Favro (he directed the live action jungle book, and he directed the mandalorian) so anyways…one day Tony gets to close to a bomb that gets shot towards him and well he does not die but the shrapnel gets impaled into his chest….and then he gets kidnapped by terrorists….and they want him to build them nukes….so he says he will so him and his new scientist friend he meets in the cave he’s held captive in…..but secretly Tony is building himself a suite so he can get out…..oh forget to mention surgery had to be done on Tony…he now has a hole in his chest with a chest magnet…..reason is because there’s shrapnel near his heart and it couldn’t be taken out so they had to put a magnet in his chest to hold up the shrapnel without it impaling the heart……yikes……so anyways he builds his suit and his scientist friend dies…..then iron man blows up the terrorists camp…..Tony Stark gets picked up from the military…including his friend Rhodey…..BTW he was recast in the sequel…..and the actor they replaced him with becomes the new official War Machine….so then he gets sent back home….long story short in the middle of the film…..Phil Colson tries to recruit Tony Stark……..Pepper finds out about Tony’s magnet heart problem….or actually its a chest reactor magnet…..but still…..and oh yeah Tony wants to stop making weapons..

.but his friend Obadiah Stain doesn’t want that…he wants to continue making weapons…..see Tony grows a consciousness….and sees what his weapons are being used for….mainly terrorists are buying his weapon….so 1 things is abundantly clear…..Tony starts off a bit of a douchebag….then he grows as a character thought this series….especially this film……oh and Tony Stark makes his first then second iron man suit….his first iron man suit is silver…..its a bit of a weak suit….it can’t fly really high…..if it goes up high in the sky the suit starts freezing up…..then he makes his second suit….that is a red and gold suit…and this time doesn’t freeze in the sky….so Tony goes and saves a town from terrorists……..we find out Obadiah is working with the terrorists…..oh and he was behind Tony’s kidnapping……yeah such a great friend…..oh and he worked along side with Tony’s dad….Howard Stark…..so yeah there’s that……and oh yeah in third act …..Obadiah takes Tony’s chest reactor out of Tony’s chest…..so he can use to power his own suit…which is a big bulky iron man like suit….oh and his name is now the War Monger… anyways, luckily Pepper Pots gave him a backup chest reactor as a gift….not sure how she made one that works…but he got lucky…..anyways Pepper and Colson go try to stop Obadiah….they find him in his giant iron man suit…..then iron man goes and fights against Obadiah….and here’s the full fight scene…its pretty dang good

So anyways the fight ends with well Obadiah trying to shoot iron man who’s falling through a glass window ceiling…..thats over a giant core reactor machine that Obadiah made……and Pepper Pots is down there…..and Tony has her push the button and she does and a giant beam of lightning goes out of it and hits Obadiah…and the lightning creates a black out in the city…then Obadiah is now unconscious….and he falls down into the core reactor and him and the thing blow up…..so the film ends with Tony going on live TV and tells everyone that “he is iron man”….also there’s an end credit scene that shows of Tony Stark going downstairs in his living room at night….and there is Nick Fury standing there and he turns around and says we’re putting together the avengers program…..or something like that…..so yeah this is overall a really good film and it started the MCU…..so I’ll give this film a solid 9.9/10….side note iron mans suit has a voice communicator named JARVIS……which well talks to Tony…and he’s voiced by Paul Bettany…..BTW that actor will later go on to play the character Vision…in Avengers age of ultron…..good casting choice…since Vision was made by part or Jarvis and part of ultron….sorry had to bring that up because I forgot to earlier….

Iron Man 2: so im gonna start off with saying that this was an ok movie….its not bad or great….its just ok…..so anyways the plot of this film is that this random Russian guy named Ivan…..for some reason wants to kill Tony Stark…..(I forget why)…..so he decides to build himself a chest power reactor (like iron mans)…..to power up his out outfit he made…..its a metallic exoskeleton with electric whips that come out of the sleeves of his exoskeleton hands……his supervillian name is Whiplash…..so anyways in this film iron man is dying….the thing that’s implanted in his chest thats keeping him alive…is well now has some kinda metallic poisoning that’s spreading in his body…..yikes…..so in this film he’s trying to make himself a new chest magnet reactor…..that doesn’t well have lead or metal poisoning…..also in this film we get introduced to Natasha Romanov (aka Black widow)…she pretends to be Tony Starks manager……basically Nick Fury sent her in to keep an eye on Tony…..oh and Nick has her keep an eye on him to take down notes about him to see if he’s qualified to join the Avengers program….ok so um anyways there’s also a second bad guy in this film named Justin Hammer…..and he’s similar to Tony…..except he’s evil and wants to make suits based off of Tony’s suit to sell for war profit…..so in shorter terms….greedy…..oh ok and Colson does appear in this film…..I forget why….oh right it was to make sure Tony didn’t leave his home while he is put under house arrest by Nick Fury…..ill get to that in a bit….so backing up a bit….one day while Tony is in a car race…..Ivan comes out and attacks Tony…and well we see Tony has made himself a new iron man suit that can come out of a brief case….that suit only appears in this scene…..so anyways he beats up Ivan….he gets arrested…..and later on Hammer dress Ivan from prison and has him build armor robot suits for him….also Tony in this film throws a party…which gets out of hand…so Pepper calls Tony’s friend Rhodey….and he gets into iron mans first iron man suit…forces everyone to leave…and him and iron man get into a fight….literally a fight…..they both end up blowing a big chunk of Tony’s home and Rhodey leaves with the outfit…and takes it back to the military base…..they call Justin Hammer to come and upgrade iron mans suit with new and improved weapons……so anyways…..Tony gets a good talk to by Nick Fury…and Tony finds out Natasha Romanov works for Fury…….oh and Nick Fury puts Tony under house arrest until he finishes making his new heart piece…..oh and guess who’s making sure Tony doesn’t leave his house…..its Phil Colson……so Tony makes his new heart piece….and he suits up and goes and finds Justin Hammer who is on stage presenting his new weapons which are robots…..sigh……and then he represents Rhodey in the new and improved iron man suit….BTW now his name is War Machine…..so war machine has a mini gun on the side of his shoulder……oh and iron man gets there….posses with war machine….because iron man is popular…..and then well oh right Ivan then hacks into the robots and into war machine’s suit and controls them…and they start attacking everyone including iron man…..so then Tony sends Natasha and happy Hogan to go to Ivan’s computer and unhack the robots and Rhodey……so they both get to the building and Hogan ends up just fighting one guard…while Natasha kicks like 10 guards butts…..Jesus lord…..BTW u got to see the scene….here it is….its epic

So anyways they get to Ivan’s computer and he ain’t there …..they unhack Rhodey……oh and while Natasha and happy Hogan are on phone line talking to Tony….so is Pepper…she overhears that Tony was dying earlier in the film….yeah he didn’t tell her…wow…just wow….then he tells her to not be mad at him…🤦‍♂️…..so anyways now Rhodey and iron man team up and Ivan comes to them in …sigh….his giant robot suite….because?….the first film ended with a giant robot suit boss fight….so I guess they thought the second film needed to end the same way…..……so just imagine…a big robot outfit with longer and thicker electric whips……lovely……so fight ends with them shooting a lazer beam together near ivan…which does blow up because 2 lazers from both suits deflecting one another equals explosion….and so now Ivan is dying and well Ivan’s suite is set to blow…yeah no idea why but he added self destruction bombs to his suit and his robots….and then they both leave him and he blows up with his robots…..because bad guy in first film blew up…so that means villain in sequel gotta blow up as well….sigh….just ok fine….so anyways Pepper tells Tony she quits being his secretary….because he’s always in death defining situations and she somehow ends up in the middle of it……understandable….on why she would want to quit…..so anyways film ends with a guy named senator Stern….gives Rhodey and iron man medals…..keep senator Stern…in mind for later on for the captain America winter solder review…oh and Tony gets excepted and not excepted into Avengers…basically Nick Fury says Tony ain’t excepted but iron man is……yeah Nick Fury is and has always been a bizzare dude…oh and hears another thing to keep and eye out for when watching these movies…..the comic book author…Stan Lee…makes Cameo appearances in all the mcu movies…besides Spiderman Far from home…..because he passed away when that film was in production….RIP…..oh and there’s an after credits scene where….oh boy!!…..we see a desert and we see shield and agent Colson at a sight in the desert…and it cuts to Thors Hammer that is on the ground…..ohhhhh….now that’s what I call a great set up for the next film…thats right next film is Thor….so anyways I’m gonna give this film a solid 7/10
